- Urban Dog Walker provides a professional dog walking service within a 5-mile radius of Bognor Regis. The service includes pickup, walking, and safe return of your dog.
- You agree to abide by the following terms and conditions when booking a service through our website.
2. Bookings and Payment
- All bookings must be made through our website, https://urbandogwalker.co.uk.
- The cost per walk is £15, payable by card at the time of booking.
- The fee is non-refundable once a booking is confirmed, except under the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are not provided once a walk has taken place.
- Please get in touch with us if a booking is made in error and the address is outside our service area (5 miles from Bognor Regis). Refunds will be issued in such cases, provided no service has been rendered.
- If Urban Dog Walker cannot perform the service due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, we will offer a full refund or rescheduled service.
4. Collection and Return of Dogs
- Our staff will drive to the address provided when booking to collect and return your dog. You are responsible for ensuring your dog is prepared and available at the specified time.
- Our vehicle is fully insured for transporting dogs, and Urban Dog Walker holds full public liability insurance to cover any incidents during the service.
5. Owner Responsibilities
- Owners are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their dog’s behaviour, health, and special requirements.
- Owners must ensure their dog is up-to-date on vaccinations and free of contagious illnesses or parasites. Urban Dog Walker reserves the right to decline services if there is a concern about the dog’s health or behaviour.
6. Liability
- Urban Dog Walker is fully insured for public liability and dog transport. However, if all reasonable care was exercised, we are not liable for any injury or illness resulting from the dog walk.
- Urban Dog Walker is not responsible for any pre-existing health issues or injuries that may be exacerbated during a walk.
7. Changes to the Service
- Urban Dog Walker reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. In such cases, clients will be informed promptly.
8. Termination of Service
- Urban Dog Walker may terminate the service if a dog exhibits aggressive or dangerous behaviour or other safety concerns arise.
